ProfessionalResumeWriters.com matches job seekers with resume writers. Once a job seeker has set up an account, they are presented with a dashboard that helps them monitor their resume writing process in one place.
I was tasked with mapping out and designing the client dashboard and given the requirements in a text document and powerpoint. I then translated what they needed into a usable, visually appealing product.
The dropdown sections were designed to quickly view the process between the job seeker and the writer. The job seeker can click inside of each section to take them to the full view.
Shows the client how far they are in the process.
Shows the drafts that have been presented by the writer.
Displays the other options the job seeker is being helped with.
Shows the 3 most recent messages between the job seeker and writer.
By clicking the hamburger icon a screen pops up with navigation to more in depth sections.
Within the messaging section, job seekers and writers are able to discuss the writing process. In order to keep everyone up to date, there are notification icons, time stamps and attachment upload features.
